The Mill Sprite (Kvernknurren) is a Norwegian tune in the traditional style written by Mari Eggan, we learned it from her performance of it with Helene Hoye on a recording of traditional Scandinavian fiddle music called: The Devil's Tune: Ethnic Music from the Twilight Zone.
